1. Introduction

Drift Boss respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA,” 17 U.S.C. § 512) and other applicable laws, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our site driftboss.pro

2. Filing a DMCA Notice (Copyright Owners)

If you believe that material hosted on Drift Boss infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed—or, if multiple works on the site are covered by a single notice, a representative list.
  2. Identification of the infringing material you want removed or disabled, including the specific URL(s).
  3. Your contact information—name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement—under penalty of perjury—that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

3. Counter-Notification (Users)

If we remove or disable content that belongs to you under a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification if you believe the takedown was mistaken or your use is authorized. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the URL where it appeared.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, phone number, and email, plus a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not file an action seeking a court order within 10 business days, we may restore the material.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Accounts or users subject to multiple valid DMCA notices may have their access to Drift Boss permanently terminated.

5. Misrepresentations

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing—or that it was removed by mistake—may be liable for damages.
